About Us

Producer Shop is a platform founded by Slawomir Wyroba which distributes products for music producers, singers, DJs and filmmakers. We are an intermediary between the Author (Manufacturer) and the end customer. More information can be found on the about us page.

Products

What are the products offered on our website?

These are digital products that include music loop packages, sound banks for VST instruments and projects for DAW sequencers. The offered products have a Royalty Free license and those created by the author, which you can download before making a purchase.

License

What is a Royalty Free license?

You are granted a broad royalty-free license for every sound that you download from producershop.com, which means you can sell music you have composed using these sounds and we never ask you for any royalty payment for usage of this samples. You may not resell or redistribute the individual sound files. You can sell your compositions that contain sounds from our site to other artists or upload them to youtube, Soundcloud, Spotify, etc. without any restrictions. You can read the license agreement here.

Legal Downloads

We only sell legal downloads here at Producer Shop. We offer downloadable Products from a variety of Manufacturers. Each Manufacturer can track their Producer Shop sales. You will receive full licenses and legal rights to use the content you buy from Producer Shop. If you have any reservations about the validity of our service or Products, then please contact any of our manufacturers, who will be happy to confirm that we are an authorized digital retailer of their products.

Buying Downloads

The “Downloads” we sell are “Products” in digital format that are transferred from our server(s) direct to your computer. These Products are compressed into ZIP files. It only takes few minutes to decompress a Product. Both Windows and Mac have options to do so within their platforms. So, there is no need to pay for additional software. Download Links

After you have paid for your Products you will receive an email containing your Download links. When you click these links it will send you back to our site where you can download your Products.In your panel you will see all purchased products, and the time to download them is unlimited. Due to the nature of the service, refunds are only available in exceptional circumstances at management discretion.

Intellectual Property Rights

All Products, MP3 Demos, Materials, Artwork, Graphics, Text, Interfaces, Logos, Images, and Photographs on this website are owned or licensed to Producer Shop and protected by copyright and intellectual property rights laws. We sell Products from third-party manufacturers and the right to sell these Products (and to display their product information and materials) has been obtained from the relevant manufacturers ( Labels ).

Account Registration

Account Registration is optional. If you choose to register with us you will need to provide your details such as your name, email address, telephone number, and payment details. It is essential that you provide a correct billing address. We cannot be held accountable if you do not receive your Download links due to you submitting an incorrect email address. If you do not receive your download links within 2 hours then please contact us.

Payments

The main currency of the store is US Dollar ($), all prices include 23% VAT. We accept Payments by Credit or Debit Card, PayPal and PayLane sp. z o.o. which is located in Gdansk at ul. Norwida 4, Zip Code: 80-280, Company Number: 0000227278.

You will not receive any links until full payment is received.

Refund Policy

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you would normally have the right to cancel the contract of sale within seven days. However, this does not relate to software goods or downloads, which cannot be returned. You do not have the right to cancel an order once the Product has been downloaded. This does not, of course, affect any other rights that you may have.

Restrictions

You may not give out your password to a third party. You are solely responsible for use or misuse of your account, whether by you or any third party. You are authorized to use the purchased Products for personal use only. You are not permitted to make copies of the Products with the intention to give, sell, loan, broadcast, send or transmit to friends and family or anyone else, as these acts would be a breach of copyright, resulting in a criminal offense.

You may not upload Products to file-sharing or Torrent sites, or to Peer-2-peer file sharing sites, as this is illegal. We reserve the right to pass your details on to any sample label or manufacturer that holds the copyright should we find out that you have offered or sold Products on peer-2-peer networks, Torrent sites, Crack or Warez sites. You may not resell the Products and/or Material to any third party.

Certain software Products may allow you to transfer a license to a third party. Please check the terms and conditions of the license included with the software for further details, or contact us.

Account Termination

You can close your account at any time. Send an e-mail to [email protected] with a request to delete your user account.

Modifications

We may revise these terms and conditions from time-to-time. Please check this page regularly to ensure you are familiar with the current version.
